In the light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, EYE is following the development of the sanitary situation in Europe and will respect and implement all appropriate safety measures.
Please find a non-exhaustive list of measures to guarantee everyone’s safety:
A sanitary pass is a condition to take part.
Travellers from other countries have to take in account the requirements stated by the French Authorities.
All participants are encouraged to download the app TousAntiCovid.
In all situations, physical distancing needs to be respected when standing or circulating. All participants should respect the relevant signage and seating arrangements to comply with the required distancing.
Inside the buildings of the European Parliament, all participants and staff need to wear a surgical mask (EN 14683/FFP2 without valve). Please note that masks will be distributed at accreditation and in key areas around the event.
In open air spaces (EYE village) the mask is required if the physical distancing of 2 meters cannot be guaranteed.
Hand sanitation stations will be available around the event and at the entrance of meeting rooms.
After each activity, the rooms will be sanitized. Open spaces and catering areas will also be continuously sanitized throughout the day.
