EYE2018

Discover the EYE2021 Programme

For this special edition, EYE2021 offers a variety of online, hybrid and in-person activities in Strasbourg, co-created with partners, youth organisations, participants themselves and many other institutions.

To kick off the EYE week, online activities will be organised from 4 October, leading up to the main event on 8 and 9 October 2021.

From Friday morning to Saturday night, the European Parliament and the EYE village will be a hustle and bustle of young people engaged in panel debates, workshops, sports activities, stands and artistic performances!

To start the event in Strasbourg, we will be joined by high representatives of the European Parliament and the City of Strasbourg for the official opening ceremony! Thereafter, you can join activities and debate with experts, activists, influencers and decision-makers on almost any topic in the Parliament, in the EYE village and online.

Visit the EYE village for two spectacular open-air concerts featuring the winners of the European Emerging Bands Contest or check our sport programme organised by the French Olympic Committee and try a new sport like Blind Soccer, Disc Golf, or Capoeira!

Further artistic activities such as circus performances and workshops will welcome you as well as unconventional exhibitions like the living library, where the books are human and share their stories with you!

You will be guided through the EYE2021 programme with its range of virtual, hybrid and in-person activities by three special hosts.

The closing ceremony of EYE2021 offers you a moment to discover and vote the ideas that will be included in the Youth ideas report and fed into the Conference of the future of Europe.
