Alongside in-person activities, EYE2023 will feature exciting hybrid activities. From the comfort of your own home and from all over Europe, you will be able to watch all the EYE activities taking place in the Hemicycle, join the EYE2023 online community and ask questions to our speakers!

Friday, 9 June
11:00 – 12:00 EYE2023 opening plenary: together for democracy
13:30 – 14:45 Jobs of tomorrow: green, digital and hybrid?
15:15 – 16:30 European Year of Skills: are we doing enough?
17:00 – 18:15 Right(s) at the heart of Europe: protecting EU values?

Saturday, 10 June
10:15 – 11:30 The social gap in Europe: can we do better?
12:00 – 13:15 European elections 2024: time to vote!
14:45 – 16:00 EU on the global stage: a voice that counts?
17:00 – 18:15 EYE2023 closing plenary: the road to the 2024 European elections

You can watch all sessions with interpretation in the 24 official EU languages and International Sign Language on the European Parliament Multimedia Centre. Speech to text is also available in 21 languages (all excluding Estonian, Gaelic and Latvian).

The EYE strives to ensure that the event is inclusive and accessible to all attendees, including those with disabilities. REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED!

EYE2023, the fifth edition of the event, will take place on 9 and 10 June and will feature both in-person and hybrid activities in Strasbourg.

All young people who are between 16 and 30 years old can take part, individually or as part of a group.

Participation in the EYE is free of charge but participants need to arrange and cover their own travel and accommodation in Strasbourg.

Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, taking into account geographical, gender, age balance and availability of space.

All approved participants will be informed by the end of February.

If you missed the deadline, you can still take part in the activities organised in the EYE Village, which are open to participants without prior registration, or take part in the online programme.
