Create a reel, on Instagram, using our official audio. Take this opportunity to show us what matters to you, whether it’s a simple moment from your daily life or a cause you’re passionate about.
Follow @ep_eye and @europeanparliament and include the hashtag #EYEcompetition to be eligible.

Only reels posted between 11 April 2025 and 30 April 2025 (midnight CET) will be eligible.
Participants must use the official competition audio when creating their REEL. While the full duration of the audio is not required, the audio itself must remain unaltered and unmodified.
If your profile is private, Direct Message us your video to make sure we see it.
Participants must be EU residents aged 18-30.
To be eligible, participants in this competition cannot be already registered for EYE2025.
Remember to stay on topic. Our social media team will not take into account any video that discriminates on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status; engages in the promotion of a political party or politician; engages in self-promotion; engages in the promotion of commercial products or services.
Make sure that you have all copyrights for the video you publish.
Ensure that anyone appearing in your video has given their permission. Do not include individuals without their consent to avoid infringing their image rights.

After the closing of the competition, a jury will select the six winners taking into account the creativity of the video and caption, engagement and alignment with EYE values.
The six winners will be contacted via Direct Message on Instagram (do not forget to check your message requests!).
The European Parliament will invite the six winners to EYE2025 on 13-14 June 2025. Travel and three nights of accommodation will be arranged and covered by the European Parliament.

Residents of one of the 27 EU countries, between 18 and 30 years old can take part in the competition.
The winners agree to travel and stay in Strasbourg for three nights during EYE2025 (from 12 to 15 June), with travel and accommodation offered by the European Parliament.
