At EYE2025, there is a role for everyone! Based on your skills and interest, you can join one of these exciting teams: 

• Entrance support team: Be the first friendly face participants see and help them feel at home. 
• Information team: Answer questions and guide participants to make their experience seamless. 
• Operational Support team: From organising materials to assisting at key points during the event, you’ll ensure the logistics stay on track.
• Floaters: Step in where needed to support teams during busy periods, assist with tasks, maintain a clean environment, promote eco-friendly practices, and help run a sustainability-focused stand.  

As a volunteer, you’ll have:

• 10 January: opening of application phase 
• 31 January: closing of application phase for international volunteers  
• 31 March: closing of application phase for local volunteers 
• January- March: communication of results 
• March - June: training phase 
• 13 to 14 June: EYE2025! 

The recruitment, training, and management of volunteers for EYE2025 are handled by the European Parliament's contractor, DDMC Event Design. DDMC specialises in event organisation and is fully in charge of coordinating the volunteer program. They will assist with all questions and ensure the smooth management of the volunteer team.
